Tuition Transfer (Out of District) Information

The Tuition Transfer (Out of District) Request Form is to be completed by parents/guardians who wish to have their child attend East Allen County Schools but the student does not have a parent/legal guardian residing within the East Allen County Schools district attendance area.  A tuition transfer request form must be submitted for EACH eligible transfer student.  EACS currently does not charge any fees for Indiana students to attend EACS.  Out of District Transfer students are not eligible for EACS bus services.

Applications are now being accepted for second semester of the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants will be notified of decisions after December 5, 2024.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE MAY 1.
Families will be notified of application decisions in June.

If the student is eligible for Special Education Services, please submit a copy of the IEP, ISP, or related documentation to Student Services at time of application.
