Mrs. Teresa White Mcdonald, was recently named the Indiana School Nutrition Association Food Service Manager of the Year! Teresa has been the cafeteria manager at Prince Chapman Academy since 2010. See leads by example and there is no task that she is not willing to take upon herself. She has high expectations for her staff, but even higher expectations for herself. She comes to work each day with a smile on her face. She never ‘sweats the small stuff’. The children are her #1 priority. If students arrive late to school she makes sure they have something to eat before going to class. She’s involved in summer feedings. She loves to cook and is always full of great ideas. "We have the upmost confidence with her food preparation. She does research to find the best recipes so she can in turn find what best fits the needs of our diverse populations", said Dan Krleski, food service director.
